In this example, we check the format of a picture that we received from a food photographer. We prefer to work with JPG format pictures as they tend to have a small file size and high quality at the same time. However, after checking the picture, we found out that the picture, featuring a cookie, is in PNG format, which means we'll need need to convert it to JPG using a PNG-to-JPG conversion program.
